The Aesthetic Nurse Injector plays a crucial role in delivering advanced injectable treatments, primarily using botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic products, to adult patients aged 36-55. Working closely with the physician and aestheticians/laser technicians, the nurse collaborates on treatment planning and ensures comprehensive care from patient consultation through follow-up. Managing a weekly patient volume of 20-30, the role requires precise assessment, expert injection administration, and adherence to strict safety and sterilization protocols in a professional clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations to understand aesthetic goals and medical history
• Administer injections of botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments
• Perform thorough skin assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Learn about all other treatments offered and able to communicate recommendations
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for safe and effective application
• Comply with safety and infection control standards, including sterilization procedures
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately
• Provide follow-up care and guidance to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Certification in Aesthetic Nursing or Injection Techniques
• NP-C or equivalent certification
• Proficient knowledge of botulinum toxin injections, biostimulators, and dermal fillers
• Thorough understanding of facial anatomy and complication management
• Strong patient assessment and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented with high professionalism
• Adherence to OSHA, TDLR, nursing and medical board standards
