Not a dashboard screenshot. The real numbers, checked, with the weird stuff flagged. Spice is a US agency that grows restaurant brands on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub. Our clients run multiple locations and real volume. You'd own the data underneath all of it. What you'll do Pull weekly performance from all three platforms across your accounts. Process the raw exports, update the client trackers, and get net sales, marketing spend, ROAS, net payout %, and conversion rate right before anyone sees them. You'll also do the building: promos across the three platforms, menu accuracy in Toast, Square, Deliverect and the platform portals, and a short ops check every morning across every active account. A Growth Manager reviews your work and takes it to the client. Your job is to make their prep unnecessary. What we're looking for You live in spreadsheets and a messy export doesn't scare you. You've worked with delivery marketplaces or something close to it, whether that's Uber Eats and DoorDash directly or Rappi, PedidosYa, or DiDi Food. Professional English, written and spoken, including on live calls. You'll sit in Slack next to our team and close to US clients. SQL, dashboards, or BI tooling help. So does an AI workflow you can actually defend. We use Claude heavily, and we care whether you can explain the logic underneath the output.
