Your Role

• Scrutinize test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are maintained and calibrated accurately.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new colleagues or students, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Foster a clean, secure work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
