Make a real impact and advance your career in critical care!Key Responsibilities:Perform critical care assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during transport (rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground).Accurately document patient care, treatments, and billing information.Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.Maintain certifications and competencies through ongoing training, skill labs, and clinical rotations.Adhere to all medical protocols and regulatory guidelines under the supervision of the program's Medical Director.Schedule:Schedule varies based on operational needs.Qualifications:Active RN license in the state of employment.Minimum 3 years of critical care or emergency nursing experience (5 years preferred).Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and one of the following: TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS.NRP and instructor certifications preferred.CFRN certification (must be obtained within 24 months of hire).Flight or transport experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and maintain body weight under 235 lbs.Must pass a pre-employment physical exam, functional capacity test, and drug screening.Compensation & Benefits:Potential earnings: $97,452 - $139,208 annually ($28.73 - $41.01 per hour).Sign-on bonus of up to $25,000 (based on overtime/double-time hours worked).Competitive benefits, including shift bonuses, annual performance incentives, and more.Our partner is a leader in air medical transport, offering advanced technology, rigorous training, and industry-leading safety protocols.
